From sketch to jewelry – Acrylic glass design workshop in Nidau
Immerse yourself in the world of contemporary jewelry! In this workshop, you'll design your own piece of acrylic jewelry—from the initial idea to the finished, unique piece.
Schedule
10:00 – Welcome, introductions & introduction to fire and techniques
10:30 – Collecting ideas, mood board & first sketches
12:30 – Lunch break
13:30 – Sketching, vectorizing (by us), color selection, laser cutting & assemblage
16:30 – Conclusion, presentation & exchange
Bring (if you have one): a sketchbook, a phone with a camera or a camera, and a laptop (if you're familiar with Adobe Illustrator). Laptops for research and pens are available.
Participation: No prior knowledge is required. The course will run with a minimum of three participants.

- Cancellations must be made by email to info@vanto.ch.
- If you unsubscribe, the following conditions apply:
- Up to 30 days before the start of the course: Refund of the entire course fee less a CHF 50 processing fee.
- 29 to 14 days before the start of the course: 50% of the course fee is due.
- Less than 14 days before the start of the course or in case of no-show: 100% of the course fee is due.
- Substitute participants can be provided at any time at no additional cost.
- Illness/Accident: Upon presentation of a medical certificate, a pro rata credit for missed course parts will be granted.
- Course cancellation by the provider (e.g. due to insufficient number of participants): Course fees already paid will be fully refunded.
